①Short rigger— Clear water 10” Big Osy Leaping Mackerel or Dark Frigate Tuna colour ( Slower head action larger bubble trail )

②Short corner— Curtain of bubble in the boat prop wash / wake King 40s Bonito or Albacore colour   ( Huge action cavitating lure dark colour )

③Teaser block

④Shot gun— Clearest flat water 8” Cockie Yakka or Evil Flying Fish  colour ( High action head and bubble trail. Smaller lure will get trailing marlin, large Dolphin fish or Yellowfin tuna )

⑤Long corner—Slightly clearer water 12” Big 40s Dolly or Slimy mackerel colour ( High action and bubble trail lure )

⑥Long rigger—Low action clear water 10”Big Osy Yellowfin or Garifhs colour ( Submerge lure, low action head and huge bubble trail )

 

✶ Remember that bait fish don’t change colour behind the boat with light or dark days.
